At Equibalance we take the time to make sure your balance board arrives exactly the way you envisioned it. Each “Design Your Own” artwork submission is individually reviewed by a member of our design team for viability, resolution, color, and content, before being digitally proofed and approved by you. If there is any aspect of the design we think you won’t be satisfied with, our team will work with you to resolve the issue before your board is ever produced.

Instructions on how to Design Your Own Custom Board:

1. Choose your shape – Select the board shape you desire
2. Upload image – Upload a high definition image of your desired artwork
3. Describe your idea – Describe your accompanying artwork. Tell us the theme, the color palette, if you want anything written on it and the font you want (post font link in this section). The more information you give us the more likely we will get it right the first time around.
4. Checkout – Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your specific order number.
5. If you were not able to submit your artwork file(s) before Checkout then you can do so via email to [email protected]. Be sure to reference your order number.

It’s that easy!

Upon receiving your artwork, a digital proof will be drafted and emailed back to you for your approval. Once approved by you, your Equibalance board will be produced and shipped.

While there are programs for images to be uploaded and provided visuals of your final balance board, due to pixilation and computer monitor differences, we find them to be not so user friendly or even unable to accurately convey how your final balance board will look. Our current processes of artwork submission (above) allow us to personally assess the viability of any artwork we reproduce for you. Up to three revisions are included in the price. If for any reason your artwork is not viable, we will happily allow you to amend your artwork prior to production, or if your artwork cannot be amended we will refund your purchase. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your artwork.

Artwork files should be received in a large format. For best print quality, .JPG, .PDF, .EPS, or .TIF files are preferred. For optimal picture quality, files should have a viable resolution when scaled to their full size of 24″ x 72″ of at least 130 ppi. Because images will be preformatted upon receiving there may be slight variations in colors. Typically files will be at least 4-6 mega pixels, or larger, to reproduce quality imagery. If your images are smaller in size, collaging them into one larger image may provide better results.

We have the ability to reproduce almost any color in your artwork. Some colors will not translate exactly, however, such as metallic colors.

Should you not have your own artwork, our design team will gladly be able assist you. Pick a shape, tell us a theme, upload images as reference, tell us a color palette, tell us if you want anything written and the font you want (paste link of font in description). The more information you give us the more likely we get it right the first time around.

Typically an idea, image, or illustration, will be submitted to our design team and an initial design will be created. At the time, emailed proofs will be exchanged with up to three revisions included in the price. Production begins once we receive your approval on the final proof, and can take approximately 5-7 business days. Thereafter, your choice of shipping method will determine the exact delivery date.
